APPLYING FOR A NON-IMMIGRANT VISA

Non-Immigrant Visa Forms

ALL applicants must use the new Electronic Visa Application Form (EVAF) begnining November 1, 2006. The form can be found below.

Beginning on November 1, 2006, the Consular Section in the U.S. Embassy can no longer accept hand-written visa application forms. The web-based forms can be filled out and printed from any internet-connected computer. The form and the questions are identical to the paper version. The web-based forms have been designed to keep your application data safe and secure. Its security and privacy have been through millions of applications.
